Description

Crystal Hot Sauce is a Louisiana favorite, made with fresh ground cayenne peppers. The controlled heat level keeps the accent on flavor. We use the whole Cayenne pepper for a richer product, so there is no waste; Try it on beef, pork, fish, shellfish, chicken, vegetable dishes, cocktails, soups, dressings, salads, and more. We carry a full range of sauces and marinades, including our famous original hot sauce, wing sauce, steak sauce, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, fajita marinade, and liquid smoke.

Our sauces are perfect in various recipes, from Southern-style gumbo or barbecue steaks to bold and spicy buffalo wings to margaritas and bloody Marys with a kick.
