It starts with a rich tomato broth, to which savory organic vegetables, tender beans, and pasta are added. Convenient and easy to prepare, this Amy’s Minestrone Soup contains 50% less sodium than our regular Minestrone Soup. While it does contain wheat, it is dairy and lactose-free, soy-free, tree-nut-free, corn free, and suitable for vegan and kosher diets.
