Bob’s Red Mill Flour Cassava is made from the whole root of the cassava plant. It has a mild flavor and delicate texture, perfect for gluten-free and grain-free cooking. Use cassava flour for baking flatbread and brownies, as breading for meat and seafood, or in place of breadcrumbs in meatballs and veggie burgers.
To assure the integrity of our gluten-free products, we’ve built a separate 100% gluten-free facility and batch test in our quality control laboratory using an ELISA Gluten Assay test.
