Twinings has been blending my family tea for years. Today, I am proud to continue this tradition with the tea celebrated worldwide known as Twinings tea. Legend has it that my ancestor, the second Grey tea, was presented with this exquisite recipe by an envoy on his return from China.
Earl Grey Tea Fresh, fragrant, and flavored with distinctive notes of citrus and bergamot, tea has all the original taste. Ten Generations of the Grey family have enjoyed this black tea created for the second Earl tea by Richard Twining; Black tea is best when steeped 3-5 minutes in 100°C heated water.
