Our Garbanzo & Fava Bean Flour is a simple gluten-free flour blend of fava and garbanzo bean flours that we grind on our quartz millstones. It can be used in gluten-free baking to create pizza crust, pancakes, flatbread, and more with a distinctive color and nutty flavor. Garbanzo bean flour (aka chickpea flour) is creamy and rich, lending a fantastic texture to baked goods. Fava bean flour has a distinctive earthy flavor. Together, these gluten-free flours add fiber and protein to gluten-free pizza dough, cake batter, cookie dough, and more.
