Directions Simple as: Mix-in bowl 2 cups mix and seven fl oz water. Stir with a spoon until blended. Roll – to 1/8 thickness on a floured surface, using flour liberally on the dough. Cut into 2-1/4 squares. Makes about two dozen. Fry – in an inch or two of oil at 370 degrees basting continually on each side until puffy and lightly golden. Drain well. An electric skillet works best. Enjoy-while hot. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar. Serve with a cup of Cafe Du Monde Cafe Au-Lait. Bon Appetit! Storage Keep refrigerated after opening.
