MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Follow Carefully

In an 8-cup microwave bowl, mix two slightly beaten egg yolks and 1/3 cup cold water with the contents of the pouch. Add 2 cups of boiling water. Cook uncovered at HIGH (100%) for 2 to 4 min. or until mixture starts to boil and thickens, stirring twice. Stir in 1 tbsp butter.
