Lemon Curd is handmade in small batches using the same recipe that’s been passed down for generations in the Wilkin family. It’s made with 100 percent natural ingredients using fruit that’s been grown in the Tiptree region of England for more than 300 years. We use traditional techniques including cooking the fruit in small batches using copper pans to make the highest consistent quality – each batch produces only 150 jars of product.
