Our Tiptree Preserve Apricots usually come from Spain and have been cultivated in Asia for thousands of years, hence their name, Armenian Plum. We use traditional techniques, including cooking the fruit in small batches using copper pans to make the highest consistent quality – each batch produces only 150 jars of product.
Easy to spread, enjoy this preserve on toast, biscuits, muffins, pastries, or even as a cake filling.
Gluten-free, made in a nut-free factory, suitable for vegetarians.
Pairs well with Parmagiano Reggianno, Gran Padano, Monterey Dry Jack, Gran Queso
